- Collect, clean, and analyze technology data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Supports the development and distribution of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to monitor the Bank’s technology metrics portfolio
- Develop and maintain automated processes for data extraction and transformation to streamline data workflows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to address specific business questions and challenges as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, conveying complex technical findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and financial services.
- Encourages teamwork, professionalism and high morale, throughout the department and the Bank.
- Creates efficiencies within work tasks to eliminate or reduce manual processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
