- Provide social work support to seniors enrolled in the NORC program
- Conduct client assessments and assist with service coordination
- Support clients with benefits and entitlement assistance
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in English
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, team-oriented staff to ensure quality client care
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related social services field (required)
- No social work licence required (no clinical supervision provided)
- 2 years of experience working in a mental health or social services setting, ideally supporting seniors
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Compassionate, client-focused approach
- Experience working with elderly populations
- Familiarity with community-based or NORC-style programs
- Russian language skills preferred (not required), due to client population
- Social work fundamentals
- Service coordination

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
