We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to drive strategic enterprise data platform initiatives within a growing Data & AI organization. This role will lead large-scale modernization programs focused on cloud transformation, data platform consolidation, governance, analytics enablement, and enterprise reporting improvements.
The ideal candidate brings strong project and program management expertise, extensive experience leading enterprise data initiatives, and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders to delivebusiness-critical outcomes.

This is a Contract position based out of Tacoma, WA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $115.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale data platform and modernization programs from initiation through delivery.
- Manage data warehouse and data lake modernization initiatives.
- Drive cloud data platform implementations and migrations across Azure and/or AWS environments.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Business teams to align project objectives and execution plans.
- Establish and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies across cross-functional teams.
- Support data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting initiatives.
- Present project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate program activities across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery and business adoption.
- 5 years leading enterprise data, analytics, or data platform programs.
- Experience working closely with Data Engineering and Data Architecture teams.
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise Data Platforms
- Data Warehouse Modernization
- Data Lake Initiatives
- Data Governance
- Data Quality Programs
- Cloud Data Platforms
- Experience delivering projects utilizing Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
