seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to help drive operational

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with leadership and departmental stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives across teams and departments.
- Lead process mapping, customer journey mapping, and current-state/future-state analysis.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, rapid improvement events, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and related methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure improvement efforts and business outcomes.
- Create business cases and ROI analyses for proposed process improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis and leverage data to support decision-making.
- Develop reports, recommendations, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Support change management efforts and help drive stakeholder adoption of new processes.
Experience leading process improvement
