Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
- Lead delivery of digital initiatives from discovery through launch
- Translate business and product goals into execution plans, timelines, and milestones
- Manage sprints, backlogs, releases, and cross-team dependencies
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Revenue stakeholders
- Facilitate planning and discovery to ensure alignment and accurate scoping
- Drive accountability and execution in fast-paced environments
- Support delivery of advertising, analytics, and monetization solutions
- Coordinate across engineering, data, analytics, and ad operations teams
- Ensure launch readiness and measurement requirements are met
- Provide clear status updates, including risks and mitigation plans
- Identify and manage delivery risks related to scope, resources, and dependencies
- Maintain project documentation using tools like Jira, Asana, and Confluence
- Digital platforms (web, mobile, CTV)
- Analytics and advertising (ads)
- Program and project management
- Experience with AI-driven or data-driven initiatives
