Senior Business Analyst

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories
• Translate high level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements in JIRA
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper implementation
• Support the development and refinement of user epics and stories for agile workflows
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas of improvement or automation
• Support user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Support the measurement and reporting of product performance using quantitative and qualitative data
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation including process flows, data models, use cases, and test scenarios
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Provide support during user acceptance testing, validating features against requirements
  
  
  

Required Experience

• 5 or more years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within a digital or enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience working with agile development teams and processes
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools
  
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience in digital web applications or enterprise software, ideally within hospitality or B2B environments
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, integrations, APIs, and Figma
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
