*Job Description* A new team is being formed to manage technology related to *Physical Building Security* across multiple hospitals and clinics. These roles will be based at three major facilities in the region. The Physical Security team is seeking a *Technician* to assist the Field Services team with day-to-day operations. The position involves working directly at healthcare facilities to secure access points, manage responsibilities around badging, and support security camera technology. The role will also require some manual labor, such as unloading boxes, relocating badging access, installing access points, and coordinating with vendors.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide basic technical support, including server experience and customer service.
* Prioritize work appropriately and complete assignments under supervision.
* Meet deadlines and monitor progress, informing managers or customers of status, issues, or obstacles.
* Accurately log work time into applicable systems.
* Regulate entry and exit points to enhance security.
* Troubleshoot vendor hardware and software as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Must-Have Qualifications*
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to differentiate technical hardware components.
* Reliable transportation (daily travel to clinic sites required).
*Additional Details*
* This is a high-priority security project with visibility from leadership.

* Position is *100% on-site* and requires travel to clinic locations.
