As a Technical Support Technician, you will provide phone, email, and remote support for a broad range of technologies, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, scoring applications, Windows servers, workstations, tablets, self-service kiosks, cloud-based platforms, and network-connected devices. You will work directly with customers to diagnose issues, resolve technical problems, and deliver an exceptional support experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Support POS systems, Windows servers/workstations, peripherals, and network-connected devices
- Assist customers with application functionality, system configuration, and operational issues
- Document support cases and resolutions accurately
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
