*Role Overview*
* Seeking a candidate with strong *Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)*
experience, ideally coming from a consulting background.
*Resource Level*
* *Senior** Manager level.*
* Will work closely with both vendors and operations/business stakeholders
- bridge the gap with IT internal end-user teams, stakeholders, executives, and
top-tier vendors aligned to SFDC.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Analyze business performance and sales effectiveness data.
* Understand KPIs and business metrics.
* Challenge vendor recommendations and provide strategic input.
* Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the vendor.
*Environment*
* OCE (Omnichannel Customer Engagement) environment.
* Supporting the *SalesCompass (Will be trained)* platform.
* Will work directly with the vendor that owns/provides the tool.
* Focus is on backend business support rather than hands-on administration
within the platform.
* Gather business requirements and communicate needs to the vendor.
*Reporting & Presentations*
* Create analyses and reporting outside of the Sales Compass tool.
* Develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
* Present updates and findings approximately *2-3 times per quarter*.
*Technical Skills*
* Advanced Excel skills required, including: Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Data analysis and reporting
* Ability to work with and interpret *Power BI* dashboards and
reporting.
* Experience with *ServiceNow* for ticket management is preferred.

*Business Focus*
* Primarily focused on sales analytics and reporting for director-level
stakeholders.
* Requires strong business acumen and the ability to analyze data, identify
trends, and provide actionable insights.
