We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Sales Team, where you’ll play a vital role in growing and supporting our customer base. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, preferably in a technical or industrial setting, and be a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver dedicated to delivering high-quality support, driving customer satisfaction, and building long-term loyalty.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Sales Team, where you’ll play a vital role in growing and supporting our customer base. Essential Job Duties
- Process customer quotes, purchase orders, RMAs, and related tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers.
- Identify and prioritize issues, coordinating with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure timely solutions.
- Assist outside sales representatives with quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
- Inbound calls - 30-40 calls a day. Could be less or could be more based on day
- Handling online chats daily - not very many but they have a chat line
- Order Entry - 5-20 orders a day with 2-10 line items on avg
- Supporting all product lines - over 1K SKEWS, 100's of parts.
- Handling quotes for customers and providing them a rough quote with no PO's
- Managed details on taxes for quoting and orders that need to be applied
Must Haves:
- 1 year of customer service/order entry from the C&IP industry
- CRM/ERP skills
- data entry skills or order entry
- Electronics industry experience (either hands on or order entry)
- Previous experience with quoting orders
