We are looking for a Reporting Coordinator to join our operations team. This role focuses on managing time-sensitive reports, handling confidential client data, and providing exceptional service to financial advisors and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily operational reports under strict deadlines.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with accuracy.
• Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors.
• Collaborate with team members in virtual and in-person meetings.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
• Monitor inboxes, document fees/fines, and archive exam documents.
• Support examiners and assist with backup phone coverage.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client service or operations support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
