This role combines high-volume call handling with administrative tasks , offering variety and impact every day
- This position will be onsite for training for 2-3 weeks then fully remote** ALL candidates must live within 40 miles of Phoenix, AZ
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members, clients, and facilities
- Verify eligibility and schedule non-emergent transportation and paratransit services
- Provide top-quality customer service to a diverse population
- Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems
- Process picture IDs and manage office supplies and equipment
- Respond to inquiries and document complaints professionally and promptly
- Support special projects and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Minimum: 1 year of call center experience (any industry)
- Preferred: Experience managing high-volume calls (approx. 80/day)
- Ability to work with an automatic dialer system (calls are back-to-back)
- Dedicated workspace and reliable internet (30 Mbps minimum; no hotspots)
- Must be fully available during work hours (cannot be in a caretaking role)
