*Remote Project Coordinator (Telecom)*
TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced team driving telecom and infrastructure projects. *This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday.*
*What You'll Do*
* Coordinate project activities including materials, inventory, and workflow tracking
* Maintain and update project documentation (schedules, drawings, permits, charters, etc.)
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and operational issues
* Partner with engineering, site acquisition teams, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines
* Track circuit orders, purchase orders, and materials delivery
* Ensure regulatory and company compliance across project documentation
* Audit and validate site and project data
* Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation
*What You Bring*
* 3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, telecom, inventory/warehouse, or related field
* At least 1 year working in a professional office environment
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
* Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow
*Education*
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
*Nice To Have*
* Telecom Industry certifications
* Experience with project tracking systems and data validation
* Background supporting telecom or infrastructure projects
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
