Remote Data Entry - Oahu Residents Only

• This role is for Oahu residents only *** Administrative Case Support Specialist We are seeking detail-oriented Administrative Case Support Specialists to support case worker augmentation efforts for public assistance programs. This role focuses on high-volume data entry combined with customer service support, helping ensure timely, accurate processing of case information while following established procedures and compliance requirements.This position is well-suited for candidates who are comfortable working with data, can communicate clearly and professionally in English, and enjoy supporting community-focused services in a structured, remote environment.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and case updates
• Support case workers by reviewing, processing, and maintaining client records
• Provide professional customer service via phone and/or written communication
• Follow detailed workflows while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
• Meet productivity and quality standards within established timeframes
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior customer service and data entry experience required
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working in a remote setting
• Must reside in Hawaiʻi
