Job Description
You will serve as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. Acting as a subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter, you will assist customers experiencing technical issues while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

- Handle inbound service inquiries and provide real-time troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with customers and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to productivity and schedule metrics in a remote environment.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Technical support experience preferred for smoother training.
- Strong communication skills with empathy and active listening.
- Problem-solving mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and Office 365.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
