Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret new and evolving laws, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to healthcare and insurance.
- Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on business operations, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal regulatory and compliance-related inquiries.
- Prepare clear, concise summaries of regulatory updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are clearly understood and adhered to.
- Partner with project teams to map out deliverables, stakeholders, timelines, and milestones.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and required documentation.
- Track industry trends and emerging regulatory developments.
- Assist in monitoring compliance activities and identifying gaps or risks.
- Recommend mitigation strategies for compliance-related risks and issues.
- Contribute to training materials and presentations on regulatory requirements and implementation.
- Help improve regulatory change management processes and procedures.
- 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience or related (preference for Healthcare)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
- Understanding of general business processes and functional operations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience in healthcare compliance or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, submissions, and compliance documentation.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
