What You’ll Do

• Process transactions for Commercial Lines policies—including quotes, new business, renewals, policy changes, and premium audits.
• Perform data entry, rating, coding, verification, and attach required forms for all policies.
• Partner with underwriting and audit teams to ensure transactions are complete, accurate, and delivered with exceptional quality.
• Train team members on rating processes and procedures.
• Handle complex or specialty rating transactions with precision.
• Complete required bureau data reporting and ensure accuracy of all submitted information.
• Provide support to underwriting teams as needed.
• Assist agents in navigating Guidewire.
• Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  
  

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

• 6 months of experience in an office or administrative setting
• Strong typing skills (45 WPM with at least 90% accuracy)
• High comfort level with computers and technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
