An enterprise revenue cycle organization is seeking 3 User Provisioning Specialists to support a surge in account setup requests driven by organizational growth and new customer onboarding. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate user access across systems.
Responsibilities
- Process user account creation and access setup requests in accordance with established policies.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, including permissions, group memberships, and role assignments.
- Handle user terminations and ensure proper deprovisioning of access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Prior experience in User Account Creation and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, permissions, and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot access issues across multiple systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
