The Provider Enrollment Analyst is responsible for initiating, processing, and completing provider enrollment applications with government and commercial payers, as well as managing ongoing participation requirements. This role also identifies and resolves enrollment and claims issues to minimize revenue delays.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, delegated and risk-based payers
- Respond to enrollment inquiries and research issues affecting claims and reimbursement
- Identify, analyze, and resolve enrollment and claim issues through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment and accounts receivable
- Monitor reports related to enrollment and claims activity
- Maintain working knowledge of departmental systems, tools, and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to interact at all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of legal entities, TINs, authorized officials, and pay-to information
- Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
