Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects through the full lifecycle
- Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Gather and document business/technical requirements
- Facilitate Agile processes and stakeholder workshops
- Support system implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and vendors
- 5 years of IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare or public sector environments
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Hybrid role based in Boston, MA
