Project Coordinator

We are currently working with one of the local electricity company that is looking for someone who has experience in Project Management. Candidates must be located in Hawaii to be considered. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in telecommunication and project coordination experience. Key Responsibilities

• Distribute engineering drawings for printing and internal circulation
• Route bills of materials (BOMs) for quotes, internal requests, and purchase orders
• Confirm material deliveries and update SAP records
• Consolidate materials from multiple orders for deployment
• Schedule project kick-off meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Coordinate monthly project schedules across islands, ensuring:
• Site readiness (permits, access, safety, vegetation clearing)
• Timely material delivery
• Submission of required documentation (LHOs, Holdoffs)
• Notification to operations center (NOSC) and outage window arrangements
• Safety and substation entry training for contractors
• Travel to outer islands (HELCO and MECO) as needed
• Share updates and reports with engineers (dashboards, forecasts, accruals)
• Pull data for planning (drawings, material orders, kickoff dates)
• Assist with budget approval reports
• Set up projects and work orders in SAP
• Generate service invoice entries (SES)
• Occasionally update internal systems (UI)
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong project handling, coordination, and scheduling abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across diverse teams
• Familiarity with telecom equipment and operations
• Experience in telecommunications projects
• Proficiency in SAP and project tracking/reporting tools
• Ability to travel across islands as needed
• Comfortable working in a mobile environment without on-site parking
  
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $39.00/hr.
