- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system and application specifications
- Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- UX/UI experience (wireframing, prototyping)
- Basic systems design or programming knowledge
- Experience supporting cloud-based or enterprise software products
- Background in HR systems, onboarding platforms, or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Gather and understand business functionality from multiple stakeholders and translate it into clear system and application requirements
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure solutions meet defined specifications
- Manage and prioritize a product backlog while overseeing multiple business initiatives
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvement and help implement enhancements
- Support and train end users as needed
- Develop and maintain project and reporting requirements
- Become a subject matter expert within assigned business domains
- Balance business priorities against overall product and organizational goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of related professional experience, including leading small to medium-sized projects
- Applied knowledge of Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in system design concepts
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
- Work on a product with enterprise-wide impact that is actively used by end users
- Direct involvement in product build and decision-making
