This Product Manager will focus on asset management and operational reliability across in-store systems (e.g., fuel dispensers, card readers, IoT devices)—ensuring issues are identified and resolved before they impact the customer experience or revenue.

- Own product initiatives tied to asset monitoring, alerting, and optimization across store systems
- Build visibility into device/system performance (e.g., dispensers, payment hardware) to proactively detect failures
- Define and implement alerting logic and monitoring frameworks using transaction and system data
- Partner with engineering to deliver tools that improve uptime, reliability, and maintenance response
- Collaborate with store operations and maintenance teams to understand issues and translate needs into product requirements
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, and KPI tracking
- Help scale systems to support a rapidly growing store footprint (7K stores and expanding)
