- Perform quality checks and conduct required business/bank verifications
- Use internal systems to process, label, and upload information
- Support underwriting by preparing accurate, complete files
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and stay calm under pressure
- Clear communication skills and comfort with tech/multitasking
