This role supports the successful delivery of a program by acting as the coordination hub between project teams, delivery teams, and the PMO. The position also emphasizes strong reporting, governance, and communication—providing clear status updates, supporting leadership and steering meetings, enforcing PMO standards, and helping ensure consistent use of tools, documentation, and processes across the program.

Analytical & problem‑solving skills - ability to analyze delivery data, identify risks, dependencies, and scheduling conflicts, and support informed decision‑making
Program/project management tool proficiency - strong hands‑on experience with planning, tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
Change management & adaptability - proven ability to manage change in dynamic environments, adjust plans as priorities shift, and maintain delivery discipline across teams
