We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Personalization Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our onsite customer experience, leveraging advanced technical expertise to deliver relevant, high-impact interactions across our digital properties. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our personalization strategy, including A/B testing, merchandising campaigns, and the management of cross-functional program requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Design, build, and deploy complex personalization and A/B testing campaigns within Adobe Target, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Program Intake Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing the intake process for personalization requests, prioritizing projects based on business impact, and maintaining a clear roadmap.
- Merchandising Strategy: Implement and optimize merchandising campaigns to drive conversion and average order value, utilizing behavioral data to surface the right products to the right audiences.
- Optimization & Analysis: Monitor active campaigns, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Use test results to iterate and scale successful strategies.
- Technical Implementation: Troubleshoot campaign delivery, validate data capture, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure tracking accuracy and site performance.
- Best Practice Stewardship: Establish and maintain documentation for personalization workflows, testing methodologies, and naming conventions to ensure consistency and scalability across the program.

- Adobe Target Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on, advanced experience managing complex Adobe Target implementations. You are an expert in VEC, form-based activities, automated personalization, and experience fragments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to front-end personalization and DOM manipulation.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to interpret A/B test results, perform deep-dive analysis, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects, balancing stakeholder expectations, and adhering to strict deployment timelines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across marketing, product, and data teams.
- Strategic Thinking: A deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and the levers that drive conversion and customer loyalty.
- Experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Prior experience working in an agile marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful personalization programs that led to measurable increases in KPIs.
