Description
- Managing communications and patient education regarding ER visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portals.
- Providing marketing and enrollment assistance, and working closely with brokers and benefits specialists.
- Handling inbound/outbound calls and ensuring smooth transitions for patients between medical settings
- At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment (prior authorization, insurance verification, benefit verification, etc)
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
