Position Overview
TEKsystems is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to support the expansion of their imaging services team.
Description
- Register patients accurately within the Epic System
- Verify physician orders and prepare patients for imaging procedures
- Collect and process consent forms in compliance with policies
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service to patients and family member
- Manage check-in flow for scheduled MRI appointments
- Operate independently during evening and weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- 3-5 years of patient registration or patient access experience
- Proficiency with Epic systems
- Associate's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and mange responsibilities in low-staffed environments

- Weekend Roles
- Saturday and Sunday from 7:00AM to 7:00PM (12 hour shifts)
