🏥 About the Role

As our Patient Access Supervisor , you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Patient Access team, ensuring smooth, accurate, and compassionate service at every point of entry. You’ll lead with empathy, train with purpose, and collaborate across departments to drive excellence in patient experience and operational efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly staffing schedules and ensure full shift coverage
• Approve bi-weekly timekeeping and support employee relations
• Provide training and education to ensure team competency and service excellence
• Conduct weekly audits and share insights with staff and leadership
• Serve as a super-user for Cerner, Oracle, EMR/EHR systems
• Step in to perform Patient Access Representative duties as needed
• Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate registration and charge entry
• Promote a positive patient experience and uphold core principles
  
  
  

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong supervisory and leadership communication skills - Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, etc.)
• Experience with Cerner, Oracle, EMR, and EHR systems
• Knowledge of billing processes and managed care contracts
• A passion for customer service and continuous improvement
• HIPAA compliance awareness and a commitment to patient privacy
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Patient Access role

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Vail, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.12 - $34.35/hr.
