- Confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment.
- Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
- Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
- Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
- 2 years of Customer Service work experience
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills
