Job Description
- Handling a large number of inbound calls from patients for all 10 of their locations.
- Triaging calls to RN's when needed.
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for patients.
- Insurance verification
- Patient registration
- Prior Authorizations
- Scheduling Cardiology exams / screenings/ blood work
- Customer service
- Insurance verification
