About The Role

What Youll Do
- Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on onecall resolution
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
- Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
- Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
- Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and followups
- Contribute to a teamfocused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines)
- Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
- Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills
- Dependability and a teamfirst mindset
