- Handle 30–50 customer calls per day via phone and email
- Assist customers with prescription benefit questions
- Research and resolve issues using internal systems
- Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service

- Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

- Wednesday – Saturday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
