Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding quotes, orders, and account information
- Enter and process customer orders, including review of purchase orders and sales orders
- Verify purchase orders, payment details, and shipping information for accuracy
- Reconcile customer data and follow up on missing or incorrect information
- Triage customer requests and route issues to appropriate internal teams
- Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to resolve customer needs
- Navigate CRM/ERP systems and customer databases to provide accurate information
- Proactively follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and customer questions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 6 months of experience with an ERP or CRM system (SAP and/or Salesforce preferred)
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel worksheets and tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Customer service experience in an office or corporate environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with order entry and purchase order processing
