This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional service to our B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders and returns within ERP systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales and Engineering, to support order fulfillment
- Maintain and manage detailed product and order information
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, and order data entry
- Provide phone and administrative support as needed
- Assist other departments based on business needs
- Professional and respectful communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (O365, Word, Excel)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Entry-level candidates with relevant data entry and administrative experience will be considered
- Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is highly desirable
