Job Description
- Possibility of rotating weekend hours (1-2 hours) once out of training
- Log in to check delivery orders and shipment statuses from the day prior
- Ensure all pickups were made
- Make sure account information is correct and billing information is accurate
- Review the shipments for that upcoming day
- Confirm shipments are being dispatched correctly
- Update the Customer Service team with any carrier questions they have
- Act as a liaison between internal Customer Service and the carriers
- Relay shipment updates to carriers
- Troubleshoot any shipment issues or problems in real time
- 1-2 years of LTL (Less-than-truckload) experience (preferred)
- Customer service skills
- Microsoft office experience
