*Key Responsibilities*
*Zscaler Administration & Engineering*
* Administer, configure, and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments.
* Manage security policies, user access controls, authentication methods, and application access configurations.
* Design and implement secure access solutions aligned with Zero Trust security principles.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Zscaler-related connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
* Support platform enhancements, optimizations, and ongoing operational improvements.
*Network Security Operations*
* Troubleshoot network security issues involving routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
* Analyze network traffic and identify root causes of connectivity and application access issues.
* Participate in incident response activities and production triage calls.
* Support infrastructure resiliency, redundancy initiatives, and business continuity planning.
* Work closely with network engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to implement secure solutions.
*Operational Support*
* Monitor and investigate security-related incidents and service disruptions.
* Provide support during planned maintenance windows and occasional after-hours incidents.
* Assist with security policy management and ongoing platform administration.
* Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and operational standards.
*Required Qualifications*
* 3-5 years of experience in Network Security, Cybersecurity, or Network Engineering.
* Hands-on experience administering *Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)* and *Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)*.
* Strong understanding of:
* TCP/IP
* DNS
* Routing and Switching
* VPN Technologies
* Firewalls
* Network Traffic Flow
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience diagnosing authentication, access, and connectivity issues.
* Ability to participate in and contribute to incident management and triage calls.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
