We are hiring a Senior-Network Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of our enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure. You’ll be the go-to expert for network security operations, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable and secure.
DUTIES
- Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for network security operations.
- Architect and implement secure network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud CoE) to ensure secure solution design.
- Define and monitor KPIs for network security performance and incident response.
- Lead and document incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain and evolve network security policies, procedures, and runbooks.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical network support.
- Maintain strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Use excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Hands on with zero trust architecture and network.
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture in response to evolving threats.
- Support digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Build a resilient and scalable network to support business growth.
