Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.08/hr.

We are seeking a Mid-Level Network Administrator to support enterprise network operations in a mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, routing and switching protocols, and enterprise network administration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network outages and performance issues involving routing, switching, and WAN connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and related network equipment.
- Monitor network health, performance, and availability.
- Support network modernization, upgrades, and hardware refresh initiatives.
- Perform network maintenance, configuration management, and system documentation.
- Assist with testing, integration, and deployment of new network solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and network security controls.
- Coordinate installation and maintenance activities with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve operational issues.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Security certification.
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of network administration experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with routing and switching technologies.
- Experience with:
- Cisco Routers
- Cisco Switches
- BGP
- OSPF
- WAN technologies
- Network monitoring and diagnostics
- Ability to obtain a CCNA certification within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks.
- Knowledge of network architecture, design, and infrastructure planning.
- Familiarity with configuration management and network documentation processes.
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments.
- 100% onsite position.
- Fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
- Local travel between customer locations may be required.
- Collaborative team environment supporting network operations, maintenance, and modernization efforts.
