Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
- Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
- Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
- Manage a daily call volume of 80–100 calls.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
- Previous remote work experience preferred.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- After training, schedules fall between 11:00 AM and 9:30 PM within an 8.5‑hour shift window.
- Rotating weekday and weekend days off.
- Schedules are released two weeks in advance.
