- Answering inbound mortgage servicing calls.
- Assisting customers with mortgage payments and payment processing.
- Explaining escrow changes, tax increases, insurance impacts, and monthly payment adjustments.
- Responding to questions regarding loan balances, interest rates, and account status.
- Researching customer accounts and resolving servicing issues.
- Updating customer information within servicing systems.
- Navigating multiple databases while documenting conversations in real time.
- Processing service requests and loan maintenance activities.
- Coordinating with internal servicing, escrow, and operations teams as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Experience working in a high-volume inbound environment.
- Ability to type and document information while on calls.
- Experience navigating databases and multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for helping customers and solving problems.
- Stable work history with demonstrated tenure.
