Fully In-Office in a brand new office in Carrollton, TX/The Colony, TX

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Processors to join our team. This role involves managing a wide range of loan changes, including broker updates, interest rate adjustments, and Qualified Mortgage (QM) cures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a variety of loan types including conventional, FHA, and VA home loans
• Review and update loan applications based on data change requests
• Identify and analyze financial documents, including large deposits
• Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Collaborate with credit unions and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth loan processing
• Support curing QM issues and other loan-level changes
• Utilize Encompass (preferred) or similar loan origination systems
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of loan processing experience
• Familiarity with purchase transactions and mortgage credit standards
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan products
• Ability to identify and interpret financial documentation
• Experience with AUS and Encompass (preferred)
• Prior experience in credit unions or mortgage lending environments

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
