What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with Loan Officers to guide borrowers through the mortgage application process.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth borrower experience.
* Collect, review, and analyze required loan documentation to support loan approvals.
* Assist with income calculations, asset reviews, and documentation validation.
* Manage mortgage applications from pre-application through post-application stages.
* Update and maintain loan operating systems and application records.
* Work within a structured pipeline environment, managing a portfolio of approximately 45-60 active loan applications.
* Prioritize tasks and assignments through a personal work queue while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
* Communicate with clients daily via phone and virtual channels to obtain information, answer questions, and move loans forward.
Qualifications *Preferred*
* Mortgage, real estate, banking, lending, or financial services experience.
* Experience reviewing financial documentation and supporting loan-related processes.
