Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining an organized funding pipeline, minimizing post-closing errors, and ensuring timely loan funding and delivery to servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize mortgage loans scheduled for funding to ensure timely and accurate closings.
- Review closing packages and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, required signatures, and compliance with lending guidelines.
- Coordinate with settlement agents, title companies, and closing attorneys to obtain required documents, verify wire instructions, and facilitate funding requests.
- Process loan disbursements, wire transfers, payoffs, and funding authorizations while ensuring funds are balanced and accurately distributed.
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, communicate outstanding conditions, and submit completed loans to Post Closing and servicing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, mortgage regulations, and federal, state, and local requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in administrative, clerical, mortgage, banking, or financial services operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems and applications.
- Ability to interpret procedures, regulations, and financial documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of mortgage closing documents, funding procedures, and lending regulations.
- Familiarity with financial services operations and mortgage compliance requirements.
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
