Our client is searching for a Senior Microsoft Intune User Support Specialist for a long-term position in Conway.
Description
The Site Admin/Endpoint Support Specialist is needed to support a growing operation in Conway. This individual will be responsible for provisioning and supporting endpoint devices for engineers, configuring PCs for test stations and equipment, managing permissions and software installs, and delivering high‑touch (“white glove”) support in a fast‑growing engineering environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Configure and provision endpoint devices for engineers based on role and admin rights
Install, manage, and troubleshoot software and permissions
Support PCs connected to engineering test equipment
Provide hands‑on, on‑site support for engineers and lab/testing environments
Understand when to resolve issues independently vs. escalate to network/security teams
Pay will be based on experience and a drug and background check is required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conway, AR.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
