Responsibilities
- Open, close, and maintain member accounts.
- Assist members with a variety of financial products and services.
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Process account maintenance requests, including address changes, stop payments, wire transfers, travel notices, and check orders.
- Assist with Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).
- Provide administrative support to the loan processing team.
- Prepare and distribute loan packages and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Communicate professionally with members and internal departments.
- Deliver exceptional service while building positive member relationships.
Required:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience opening and closing accounts or handling financial transactions.
- Comfortable assisting members over the phone and in person.
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Hands-on, branch-based training program.
- Initial onboarding includes paperwork, shadowing, and guided learning.
