*Position:* Member Service Representative (Digital Services)
*Job Description*
* To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
* Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
* Assisting members with Zelle and fruad related transactions
* Handle a call volume of 80-100 calls daily
*Qualifications*
* High School Diploma/ GED required
* 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
* Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* STRONG computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills
*Training: *First 6 weeks are fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
*Schedules Available:* Monday - Saturday (Sundays off and 1 rotating off day during the week), 11:00am - 8:30pm, 12:00pm - 9:30pm, 1:00pm - 10:30pm, 2:00pm - 11:30pm
*Location:* Pensacola, FL/ ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week
