Pay Rate: $22/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week (must be able to start as early as 7:45 AM on some days)

Office Locations: Hartford, Glastonbury, Avon, West Hartford, Manchester, Wethersfield (Must be able to work in the listed Hartford County offices; schedules are made in advance)

Position Overview
As a Medical Secretary, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities include:
- Checking patients in and out for cardiology appointments
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient visits
- Triaging incoming calls to providers, RNs, and medical staff
- Maintaining a high level of patient access and service
- Registering new and returning patients
- Performing insurance verification and related administrative tasks
- Must have previous experience with EMR programs
- Patient scheduling

- Working in a fast-paced medical office environment
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
