💼 What You’ll Do
As a Scheduling Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting patient access and care coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Follow established scheduling policies and procedures
- Communicate important appointment details clearly to patients
- Audit and update electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of quality while working under deadlines
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, peers, and leadership
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of call center or high-volume customer service experience
- Strong customer service mindset and empathy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
