- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Verify and enter patient demographic information accurately
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations/precertifications
- Quote and collect required payments, including co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Answer phones and provide general office support
- Update patient information in the EMR system
- Assist with patient check-out procedures
- Cross-train in prior authorization functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical office front desk role
- Minimum 2 years of experience using EMR/Electronic Medical Record systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience with medical terminology
- Proven experience verifying insurance coverage
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience in an orthotic and prosthetic office (strong plus)
- Familiarity with OPIE EMR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
